Often people try to get multiple bids on a job and still don’t have a good idea what they may be in for. If the plans change the costs go up and especially now this can be hard on the wallet.
We take the guess work out. For any general repairs and handy work, this could be painting or repairs, or even just changing a light bulb or oiling the hinge on a door the price is the same.
We charge 45$ per person per hour of labor plus any materials and transport costs. This does not include licensed or permitted work such as plumbing, electrical or HVAC or anything requiring a permit.*
